He partners with corporate affairs and communication leaders to globalize their communications approach and infrastructure and equips teams with the tools and mindset required to actively manage global corporate reputation.

Having lived in 8 countries across Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East, Moritz personal experience is one of bridging cultures and deeply rooted beliefs to arrive at mutual understanding and trust. He advocates for changing perspective as key to unlock potential of teams and executives to develop new capabilities, connect with different cultures, successfully operate in new and constantly changing environments, and build reputation that propels people, brands and businesses forward.

His areas of expertise include Reputation management in times of change, corporate brand building, market entry, executive positioning, purpose-driven platforms, narrative development, as well as impactful employee engagement programs that unite, empower and energize workforces to drive change and growth. He is a proficient coach and facilitator, unlocking the potential of communications leader, building new capabilities for teams and working with executives and brand ambassadors to strengthen their public profile.

In his 12 years as a consultant with Edelman, he worked with leadership and communications teams of top global companies on their local market strategies in Asia and the Middle East, among them Mondelez, Diageo, Starbucks, Beiersdorf, Pfizer, ThyssenKrupp, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He further advised high-growth companies on programs designed to enable rapid expansion, including Viettel, ENOC, Suzlon and Majid Al Futtaim.

Moritz studied in Spain and Thailand, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international management. He has lived in Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East, and currently lives in Berlin with his wife and daughter. He is a bilingual native speaker in German and English, proficient in French and Spanish, and speaks some conversational Vietnamese and Thai.
