Moritz partners with companies on their international expansion strategies and global reputation programs. He works with both established multinationals and rising Asian companies on multi-market reputation campaigns, market entries, M&As, corporate transformations and employee engagement programs in Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. His track record includes unique business-critical assignments both in developed and in complex emerging markets. He empowers teams to get ahead of global changes and actively build a reputation that propels people, brands and businesses forward.
He has lived in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East for more than 15 years, working as a consultant with Edelman for most of that time. He advised global companies on their market strategies in Asia and the Middle East, among them Mondelez, Diageo, Starbucks, Uber, Samsung, P&G, Beiersdorf, Pfizer, ThyssenKrupp and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
He further advised Asian and Middle Eastern high-growth companies on reputation and stakeholder strategies that enable rapid expansion, including Viettel, ENOC, Suzlon and Majid Al Futtaim.
Moritz grew up in the US and studied in Spain and Thailand, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international management. He is a bilingual native speaker in German and English, proficient in French and Spanish, and speaks some conversational Vietnamese and Thai. His current home base is Berlin.
